I had 25  point plan for year 2015. Considering each point carries 4 weightage (100/25=4) this is what I scored with regard to my Plan.

1. Focus on career (with GGL mode ) 

     (a) Become DataScience/Bigdata  expert  (b) Focus on becoming 'The Engineer' with focus on all the needed skills.
